Our stay was quite pleasant at this hotel located opposite Odori Park. The hotel staff were polite and very helpful, especially when it came to managing our bulky luggage. The breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic with long queues, but overall we found the rooms clean and comfortable. It's worth noting that the walk to Sapporo JR station is a bit lengthy, about 15-20 minutes, so plan accordingly. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would definitely consider staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel which was really spacious for Japanese standards. The room was comfortable and clean, located just a stone's throw from Odori Park. I enjoyed the well-designed bathroom with a deep soaking tub, but I wish they would provide more than one pillow each. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. However, there was a noise issue with some knocking sounds at night, which was a bit frustrating.
