Reviews and Ratings
Our stay was quite pleasant at this hotel located opposite Odori Park. The hotel staff were polite and very helpful, especially when it came to managing our bulky luggage. The breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic with long queues, but overall we found the rooms clean and comfortable. It's worth noting that the walk to Sapporo JR station is a bit lengthy, about 15-20 minutes, so plan accordingly. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would definitely consider staying here again.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, mainly due to its fantastic location right by Odori Park, which made exploring Sapporo a breeze. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. However, the breakfast crowd was quite overwhelming, and the noise from outside kept me awake at night. Overall, it offered great value for money, and I'd consider returning despite the minor inconveniences.
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel located right in the heart of Sapporo. It was perfect for exploring the city, especially being so close to Odori Park. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but definitely on the smaller side. While the service was professional and quick at check-in, I felt there could have been a warmer welcome. The breakfast was varied and good, making it a nice start to our day. Overall, a solid choice for the price, though not without its minor hiccups.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel which was really spacious for Japanese standards. The room was comfortable and clean, located just a stone's throw from Odori Park. I enjoyed the well-designed bathroom with a deep soaking tub, but I wish they would provide more than one pillow each. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. However, there was a noise issue with some knocking sounds at night, which was a bit frustrating.
I had a great experience at this hotel, particularly because of the wonderful concierge service that helped me plan an unforgettable ski trip. The hotel is situated just by Odori park, which is absolutely charming, especially during the snowy December days. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the dining experience could improve, especially during busy breakfast hours where I had to wait for a table. Overall, it’s a solid choice with great service and a lovely location.
